Not quite where I thought this thread was going.

Having said that, my cat is 21 and she dribbles, loses her fur all over the place, sits there not seeing or hearing you, and generally she should shuffle of this mortal coil.

I can hear the cats snoring from the back room, when I'm sat in the front room. I quite often have to mute the TV to work out what the noise is.
