"I have just entered the ballot for TGNR 2013. If successful I shell be running on behalf of mind and the great work they do.

So all get those fingers crossed and hope I get in. His year I am aiming for sub 2hrs 15mins wich will beat my previous time by 17mins. "

How much is it now i did it 5 times and best half marathon there is for me the atmosphere from crowd was great far better than london marathon.
