"Is it true if you don't delete a wink. The person can't wink you again..?"
You can't wink again within 30 days of sending one.
(Just tested on you as I couldn't remember if a week or a mknth) |

Yeah, if you don’t delete them they can’t wink you again for 30 days. |

Why 'end' ? 
If you're never going to be interested in them just block straight away. You won't get any more winks from them and it's the clearest message that you're not interested.
A block isn't an insult. It's just another filter.

Sometimes our interests change. We don't always reply to winks when we are busy, sometimes we're not looking for certain people, sometimes they are far away but one day we might go there. We can't block everyone there's too many also |
