Well it started in 2006....but I've been here since 2008.
The site hasn't changed much at all in my mind. I have.
I started out as a single guy and have been a couple since 2012. I changed my approaches over the years, evolved, learned and use a variety of avenues to meet. Not just the site, but clubs and organised socials.
When we things didn't work I looked inwards rather than blame things I couldn't change - the preferences and tastes of others, the site features and tools, club facilities and policies, the ever obvious disparity in the volume of women, couokes and single men. I couldn't change any of those so I changed me.
Worked out great in the end.

I would tell you the site is full of cliques and people after ego massages but, nobody notices me so I just post bollocks on forums.
The real world is better.
Some on here are ok but only the minority, I came back on and think it has gotten worse.

Changed alot as seems now most regard it as either a "Sex" site so need to chat ?? or a "Club" site where most only meet at clubs which sort of defeats the idea of being on here ?? but still afew good ones on here just finding them is harder work ?? and used to be Nothing ventured nothing gained ??? |

I feel your pain , when I was on here 5/6 years ago , I would get a reply from 80% of messages- even if it was thanks but no thanks( I only send a small amount of messages , I’m not one of the copy and paste brigade ) . Now it’s non existent . I just use it for the forums now, there is no point spending time crafting a message to someone, who then just ignores it , |
