I’ve got friends laughing at me.
The sun is shining and yet I’m sat hugging a radiator complaining about the chill in the air and I can’t get my hands warm.
Do you run hot or cold?
I feel the cold and I now can’t wait for summer. |

I never used to feel the cold, but I sure do now.
I work either outside or in an uninsulated office, and on a few occasions over the winter I had anything up to 5 layers on and still couldn't get warm
Feckin' ridiculous....

What is nesh, Woody?!? (Embarrassed if it's something everyone should know, but I'm not down with the cool kids).
But like you, warmer days are where I'm at...I need sun, and confidence I can wear a t-shirt without being annoyed I didn't bring a jumper! |

"Nesh?
Think it's originally a Northern saying, my Mum used to say it when we were kids in Liverpool..
Not heard it used anywhere else, refers to a person who feels the cold easily.."
Ah, all is clear. And explains why this southern softie had never heard of it! |

I love feeling a slight chill, don't like full on cold, however I'm on medication which seems to freeze my hands and feet so prefer the warmer weather where my body can feel normal |

I've never heard the word nesh before. Maybe it hasn't made it's way this far south yet.
But as to temperature, mine's ridiculous. If I'm doing any physical activity I'm roasting hot, once I stop moving it drops and I freeze. When other people walk their kids to school in coats, I'm stripping off down to my t-shirt. But once I get home and start work I'm sitting still and need layers of blankets. I used to think it was because I was unfit. But I'm not. I'm just weird. |

"For a minute there I thought you couldn’t spell niche
My hands/feet and nose seem to always be on the cold side xx"
No don’t make me hover at the thought of my feet.
If my feet get cold, that’s it, I’m done and cold for hours. |

Thanks! I had no idea either.
I am the polar (hehe) opposite of ‘nesh’. Usually get far too hot if I do just about anything. Have shovelled fresh snow from driveways in the alps in shorts and t-shirt and been glad for it. |

"Does alcohol warm you up? Asking for a friend.
Apparently not, but I believe it does "
The way I see is, if I warm up a little….more means hotter! Surely? |

I definitley prefer to be cold than hot. If its too cold you can always get all snuggly to warm up, but if its too hot theres not much you can do about it. I pretty much only put my heating on when people come over, as i know its too cold for most people x |
