If you have honey, black pepper corns, tumeric and chilli (cut chicken and maranade)
Cut garlic crush some ghia seeds and simmer for 30 seconds in walnut oil, mix in the chicken, stir fry then add cut tomatoes, add some sweet chilli sauce.
Mix some chicken stock in the rice cooker and make ice.
Job done.

Maybe for you but too many flavors there that don't appeal to me .but thanks for your surgrstion . |

I'd probably have an omelette as the lovely bluebell suggested and chuck in the ham and tomato too. Nice and easy |
