I think the OP is being treated unfairly here.
"Chav" as a look refers to a specific style in the 00s which typically included (for women) the Romford Facelift hair style, heavy makeup usually featuring warm shades of foundation and thick, dark brows, valeur tracksuits, playboy branded clothing, Burberry, baseball caps, sports clothing, parka style jackets, and trainers. The chav look was popular with people in the UK across all walks of life, with Katie Price, Victoria Beckham, and Kerry katona all exhibiting the look.
The look was capitalised on by UK porn companies including Television X, which produced it's Dirty Chav themed movies (including the immortal line "if I don't get a fucking cock right now, I'm going to fucking scream!"
It also featured with smaller and more independent content creators. Killergram has featured numerous women dressed in chav couture over the years, especially in the 00s. And I'm sure one of them told the man fucking her to make her pregnant so she could claim more benefits, which was a stereotypical but also amusing one liner.
There is nothing wrong with fetishising the look, as with any other fashion such as goth.
We don't see the chav style too often these days, but it's a curious piece of history.

Didn't it originally stand for 'Council House and violent' ?
Although a decade or so ago it was widely used by Gloucester as a put down for people from across the Golden Valley as 'Cheltenham Average'.
