Reports that a cow that died in the Cornish Principality which in on the outskirts of SW England has tested positive for Mad Cow Disease and will be culled. What's going on here guys and how did it get in the food chain. Its all over the news |

I read yesterday that it wasnt a food chain cow and that the old site they were using as a dumping/burning ground has been identified as a potential site for new homes. Scientists were saying that the disease is resistant to normal breakdown by weather etc and so could still be in the ground.
However I did no further research to validate or nullify these claims so it could all be bull shit parfon the pun... |

What is more concerning is five dead seals in Cornwall and a dead dolphin in Devon have all tested positive for avian flu! People are being told not to go near any live, distressed or dead seals |

They are going to cull a cow that's already dead?
That seems excessive |

In Tom speak it might mean propeller. Though why he wants propellers to wake up, I don't know. |

If you're in the air and propellers fall asleep, you're in trouble |

Perhaps it's because they have aviation flu |

There is talk that a derelict slaughterhouse, once used to butcher mad cow disease riddled beef will be turned into a housing estate. Some scientists say the Mad Cow Spores like dormant ready to hatch on unsuspecting New occupants. Some scientists say it's perfectly safe. What's going on here guys? It's like Anthrax..leave the site alone and fence it off |

Pretty sure all the culled cows were burnt Tom.
CJD is also transmitted through eating infected meat (brain or nervous tissue to be specific) and isn't spread by spores.

Is there much point culling it if it's already dead? |
