I don't think i could go on a cruise. The same people day in day out on the same tours, in the dining room, the bars, the shows. No ta, not for me. I prefer peace and quiet on my holidays. |

The thing is the brochures tend to show photos of guests of all ages, 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's....with a sprinkling of retired people....
When you get on board you quickly realise that the majority of the guests have been to sea before....on HMS Hood in World War Two. |

I went on one to the Caribbean four years ago and loved it. There was a mix of people and the ship was big enough to avoid people if necessary. I met some interesting people, and still in touch with some. Its what you make of it, but the entertainment can be hit and miss. On the 'at sea' days enjoy lounging about with a book with a long drink or head to the salon for a massage. I'm doing it again in november. |

I don't want to go on a cruise. I like exploring and having freedom, even though cruise ships are v ery large vessels, everything on them is specially selected etc. I prefer to explore and find quirky little shops and I like seeing a bit of culture  |

I did one a few years ago. One week in Orlando then drove to Tampa and got on a ship for a 7 day cruise around the western Caribbean. Then another week in Orlando when I got back.
I hated being on the ship but some of the places I visited were ok. I won't be going on another though. |

Just returned from a 2 week cruise to the Canary Islands, starting from and returning to Southampton. We were on the Queen Elizabeth and had a fantastic time. The cabin, boat, food and entertainment was amazing. |

I've been on several cruises now, I personally enjoyed them! Great if you want to sample a few locations, but not long enough to really explore a place but gives you a idea of where you want to revisit for longer |

LOL Quick Google search and you can book a swinging cruise in the med in August 2013 from £900.
I'm sure there's similar ones in USA too.
Following the usual club rules in UK, Couples pay the normal price on the ticket, Single Males pay twice the normal price, have to book a year in advance and provide evidence that they are truely single and single females get to go for free and can simply turn up on the day.... |

I went on a Disney cruise in the Caribbean with the ex and my boys in 2004. I was the MOST anti-cruise person you could have met beforehand - I even took out a credit card in secret with enough limit on it to get me home business class from anywhere we stopped if I wasn't happy!!
Would go on another in a heartbeat, but got to convince Crackling first, and the Costa Concordia didn't help!
Excellent service, superb food and drink, fantastic weather.... do I need to go on..???

I've been on several cruises 5 to date last one was a Caribbean there excellent plenty to do food is brill ,entertainment ,cleanliness ,wake up in a different port ,always feel so relaxed when on a cruise u just do as much or as little as u want I would recommend them to anyone |

I worked on cruise ships as bar staff for 8 years , loved it , travel in style , great food and entertainment , vista a few different places and only need to unpack once ...what could be better , even been on 5 cruises as a passenger ...busman, s holiday lol .
You would believe how much fun we crew used to have lol , nevermind a girl in every port ....more like a girl on each different cruise ....wink wink , ahh those were the days lol |
