What are peoples thoughts on a dad bod?
I have always been gym fit until lockdown and all the gyms closed, I now have a job in which I just don’t have time! So Iv put a fair amount of weight on. We’re off to a club where you have to get naked, apart from a towel, as soon as you enter. I’m just not confident about it |

Proud owner of a dad bod here, that took 45 years of little to no work to perfect and hone....own that and walk in like you own the gaff. ..you got this.... |
