Gas engineer. Called on on emergency call out to replace faulty meter. Puts new meter on, clears off, not set gas pressure right so no heat and can't cook food.
Now on another 2 hour wait for engineer to return, after waiting 4 hours for him to turn up first time.
So not a happy bunny |

Beats me why he'd need to set the pressure if he'd only replaced the meter. Even if he'd changed the governor as well it's preset and sealed so no need to be going there.
Maybe he'd not purged the new meter or left the ECV in the 'off' position ?
