 how are we all on this grey rainy day. I don't like to be gloom and miserable just because the weather is.
Yes I know the weather does do that to many and some like myself are having to walk around with pain physical pain.
I have a sore knee for now and another body part hurts
Life is so short we don't know when we will depart this earth and I have lost too many special people to walk around with a sad face all day long  |

It is an injury from an incident that happened on Thursday nothing too serious.
I'm going to see my God mother and try make banana cake with her and also pick up an actual mother's day card for her.
Along my way I will be jamming to my tunes so it's more tolerable to travel through the mucky weather

I’m glad it’s not too serious and hope it clears up quickly.
I love banana bread!! But it has to be served warm and have good butter slathered all over it.
I’m supposed to be working today but nothing going on, so I’m about to select and iron my outfit for a wedding this weekend. |

Oo Sheikh, how exciting!! Where are you going? Or are you touring round? I’ve never done Africa and would love to - mainly to see big game in their natural environment and not looking miserable in a tiny enclosure |

Oh no its not a operation that I had or will have.
I was in Africa last year (Ghana) its a lovely place and the people are soo welcoming. My advise on going there would be learn the language and greet the community it is their common law to greet because they live like family to each other and it is their custom to greet one another.
Also please do not drink their bag water always stick to their bottle water and buy food from the most hygienically food sellers
It will help you safe and free from any illnesses their mosquitoes out there are lethal.
I caught malaria and typhoid was in hospital for it and then I was back in hospital for malaria again. It is not nice
All the while though enjoyyyy it you would have a lot of fun especially if you are going to a city part of Africa |

I'm really happy. I've got another hospital appointment tomorrow, bit nervous about that. But I've been really focused today and productive, so I'm ready to do nothing tomorrow if needs be.
I might go to the gym later, adrenaline levels are a bit high. |
