Apart from the obvious, walking always puts a smile on my face, I love just listening to the birds, the fresh air, spotting deers, watching the seasons change…it’s all very grounding

Is it bad that i initially read that as wanking and not walking?

Okay, a more serious answer?

The satisfaction of doing something well. A job well done.

A smile from a pretty girl.

And dogs. Dogs bring the purest joy.

She is certainly that. Especially at 4.30 this morning, which apparently is the perfect time to wake me up asking for bananas and custard because she is hungry. Then making me watch the her favourite episode of Paw patrol for the 53rd time.

I all of these.

For me, the obvious one is seeing my sons happy, particularly when they laugh together. It fills my heart.

Helping others and making a difference, no matter how small is when I'm happiest.

My dog. Her unconditional tail wagging love.

A walk on the beach at sunrise.

Seeing people I care about chase their dreams .

Oh and kisses. Good kisses make me very very happy

My amazing man, my kids even though they drive me absolutely crazy, the fact I have a roof over my head.

The little things, random kitchen dancing, cuddles and when he rubs his cock in my face while I'm sat chilling.

These all make me happy.

Oh and coffee!!

For me seeing my children happy makes me happy. Also being in the outdoors getting close to nature and away from the madding crowd. Walking along a beach listening to the sea wash in.

Okay, that’s not strictly true. I thought that maybe I’ve banged on quite enough about what kissing means to me and I should give it a bit of a rest …

Apart from the husband and children.

Outside, just being in the open country appreciating the silence, or laying in bed at night listening to the owls.

And also good old fashioned acts of kindness. Showing someone you appreciate them. Just generally being a decent human being.

But mostly, boobies.

My job, my kids (usually ), my dog as the obvious ones.

sunshine on naked skin. Getting caught in a sudden downpour of torrential rain that soaks you to the skin. The smell of petrichor. A message of someone I really like. A voice note. Sneezing finally after your nose has been tickling for ages. Cheese on toast. A cup of tea brought to you in bed. Sharing thoughts on a book with someone who loved it first. Making someone proud. Gin. Singing in the car. Dancing in the kitchen. Kissing someone that you’ve really really missed.

I think I’m just annoyingly happy
