More often than not we get the usual over rated /under rated actors thread. Or the which would you fuck actors thread etc
Well how about this... Which when I think of it is quite similar to under rated actors... But not quite!
Those actors that so perfectly fill the supporting actor roles, that seems to be their forte. They have the ability as great actors, exceptional in fact but they excel at supporting so much better often scene stealing from the lead role.
Stanley Tucci is one of the best. His ability as a character actor works so well in supporting. |

Stanley Tucci was the lead in one of my all time favourite films...big night. absolutely underrated classic.

I had a similar thought watching A Few Good Men the other night. I think it's Kevin Pollak that plays Tom Cruise's assistant, I don't know that I have seen him star in anything, but I always notice his
character.

I love character actors one of my favourites that would suit this thread is Vincent d’onfrio so talented and a chameleon to the point I’ve had to convince people with IMDb etc that yes it’s the same guy in x and y films. |
