I’ve just read a bio that was so obviously a cut and paste and it has me wondering how long it will be before we see an A.I. Profile on Fab?
Could you be chatting with a robot soon?

I’m not so sure, when I’ve called the fab member thing and they have to talk for a while, it’s specifically says they keep bots ect off site so I tend to believe them, fab seems better at keeping up with its members than some other media cares to |

I suspect the AI I just used has some sort of adult block, so it's not quite what I'm thinking about, but after a few goes I got these two.

That’s interesting but I think a few minutes scouring dating sites and I could cut and paste something like that together.
I’m thinking more of a deliberately interacting chat bot that targets your specific desires from short conversations and builds rapport with you.
Where could it end?

In the interest of disclosure, I asked Character Assistant on Character.AI to write a seductive biography for sexually frustrated men.
... It did begin some others that were more in line with what I had in mind, but deleted them and gave me errors.
Then generated the first. I said, less intelligent and more seductive, and it gave me the second |

Education in the future may have to change.
The memorisation of facts and figures is arguably irrelevant already with Google at everyone’s fingertips.
Essays and dissertations written by Chat bots could be awarded marks by different chat bots. |

Yep. But no-one told our exam board to redesign the stuff yet. Honestly, we might as well just give everyone a free pass in assignments. ChatGPT can generate very convincing subjective essays, nothing to do with regurgitation of facts there. |

I dip into it for inspiration sometimes. I find it useful for writer's block, or occasionally it'll throw something at me I hadn't thought of. I wouldn't use it on its own, though. In the same way I wouldn't expect expect spell check to be an adequate proof reading tool
