Does he charge entry fees to attend? If so I can't see this being any different to other BYO clubs, so not sure why he wouldn't need a licence? There are plenty of clubs that don't sell alcohol. They make a killing on entry fees and soft drinks though. Many prefer BYO's as it's cheaper than them buying drinks over the bar. A | |||
