"Far too many good films to choose from, but three films that I can watch over and over without getting bored:
Top Gun
Top Gun Maverick
Apollo 13"
I have watched all 3 of them over and over as well. Another one is Gravity. |

Honestly I don't think I have a single favourite. I don't think I have any I can narrow down to top 3. So this is not accurate but my favourites definitely include
1. LOTR trilogy (extended edition)
2. Jurassic Park
3. Empire records (it ain't winning any awards) |

1= It's a Wonderful Life
1= Bad Boy Bubby
3 - Miller's Crossing
This is liable to change on a regular basis but the first 2 are nearly always in the top 3 |

"3 that I always enjoy watching are-:
Shawshank
Papillon
Great Escape
Hadn’t realised it until I typed them out, but there does appear to be a bit of a theme going on there. "
Are you a convict and are these training films? |

1. Jaws, saw it around the age of 11 scared and thrilled me. It was the first time I was totally immersed in a film and its story.
2. Cinema Paradiso, a Girlfriend could speak fluent Italian, so dragged me along to see it. ‘I don’t like subtitles’ I cried. Around 2 hours later I started to realise that subtitles weren’t too bad at all. (It was a toss up between this film and Downfall).
3. Streets of Fire, A rock n roll fable. Hero comes home to rescue the girl, who’s been K*dnapped by the leader of a biker gang. 80’s music with a 50’s Americana look. It also has a young Diane Lane. It’s what it is, just told really well by a great director Walter Hill and a score by Ry Cooder. |

I could name any amount of movies I love watching but these 3 are normally near the top of my list - Shawshank Redemption, Blues Brothers and Elf (at Christmas time obviously)!! |

"Give me your top 3 favourite films of all time.
Mine are:
1) Shawshank Redemption.
2) Kingdom of Heaven.
3) The Hobbit trilogy. "
So that's 5 films though I'll admit that the hobbit SHOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN ONE FILM! I've not watched any of it after the travesty that Peter Jackson visited on lotr. |

LOTR trilogy (extended version) is/are still one(!) of my favourites.
But yes, The Hobbit should never have been 3 films! |

"1 Green Mile
2 Saving Private Ryan
3 300 Rise of Empire
"
The opening, and closing, scenes of Saving Private Ryan, especially the closing scene, gets me every time!
The American Cemetery is certainly impressive, and evocative......as are All the war cemeteries, both Wars, both sides! |
