After my break up from my former Master I slipped up a little on my diet.. didnt realise how much till I went back to WW today.. needless to say I nearly fell off the scales..
anyway... I know how much journalling helps me in other aspects of my life and I want to write one for my weight loss to help keep me motivated..
Only I can not think of a title ( it will be a public blog not private)
Any ideas...
Witty and funny.. I was going to call it the "tale of a whale..." but sadly that was already taken...
So ideas welcomed. |

lol... thats a good one.. actually what worries me is I now have 7 stone to lose officially.. 8 if I go to the weight my doctor wants.. and only an 18-20... erm... lol
I may be almost there if I lost that much.. |

How many Pro Points is it for a fuck Cali style!? Having seen the gorgeous lady herself in action I vote at least a thousand! But they do say each mouthful of you know what has 500 calories in it lol! Imagine your WW leader's face if you ask that! |

I managed to lose 6 stone-really need to lose another 3 to keep the doc happy!
It took me 3 years but all the changes I've made are changes in habit-changes in what I go for when I want a drink or something to eat, always taking the stairs and never the lift/escalator, choosing a healthier option from the menu at a restaurant. This means I'll keep that weight off for life (at least that's what I'm planning).
You can and will do it I'm sure-bit by bit! Take as long as you need but as long as the scales are always moving in the right direction, you're succeeding. Change one thing at a time wether its stopping putting sugar in your tea or changing soft drinks for diet-don't do all the changes at once or it can all feel too much to take.

Brilliant!
I lost 6st a few years ago and kept 5 off. It's hard work but worth it. I just do one day at a time. I find it easier to think I'm only doing it today and not for months on end.

500 calories for a mouthful. Sure it's not that much. But it would explain the weight gain recently lol |

I don't know how much weight I have lost but between August 2011 and August 2012 I went from a size 18 to a 14 and can now get in to a size 10 jeans (but still size 12 tops/dresses).
I just changed everything I eat - no junk, no processed. All fresh, lots of green, fruit, low carbs and fats, little red meat mainly chicken (off the bone and skinless) and fish.
And zumba twice a week.
Never hungry and feel tons better. |

Sounds similar to what I've been doing. Managed to drop 2 stone & 2 dress sizes but slipped over christmas & put half a stone back on.
Back on plan this week but struggling, so all of you're posts have really inspired me to keep going.

I know why I struggle. And I know how to lose it. But for me food is always the enemy one way or another. I get obsessed and have been at other end of the scale before too
I couldn't lose weight if I couldn't have some of what I wanted.

T5s that's all you need to take I lost 4 stone using them. And they are really good. If I ever need to lose weight again will go buy my self some more. People who want to lose weight go for t5s and you will see |

They are fat burners and I lost 4 stone taking them. Would take 1 in morning. And 1 before bed everyday and now I'm happy and back to the weight I wanted to be. T5s are really good they help me out anyway. Have a look on google maybe. If you are looking to lose weight then deffo give them a go you come back and thank me after lol |
