It's a tough one, there are certain things I can find disgusting or turn my nose up at which others have a right to do but it depends on how they approach that. It's easy to say "sorry, that's not for me" but when they use words like gross and disgusting then that's when it ventures into kink shaming. For what it's worth, I do have a foot fetish and wouldn't feel good if they derided the fetish if I asked them about it |

I don't care what people are into, but I don't find feet remotely sexy, and my personal experience of people with that particular fetish was that they seemed to forget there was a real live human attached to the feet. For me, it's now an immediate no when mentioned. |

As others have said, it’s how you present it to others. If you’re scattergunning out messages where it’s clear that’s your sole focus, you will get aggie replies. If your focus is the person first, and you wait a while to connect, and introduce your interest, I think you’ll have more favourable responses.

It’s not bad at all. I just think that a lot of people are hardwired into thinking feet are “disgusting” and can’t be sexy. It’s actually a pretty common fetish to have. I don’t have a problem with it and actually enjoy my feet being played with. |
