Ladies pls help with stockings/ hold ups

Hi ladies can anyone help out with where I can get stockings / hold ups that actually fit me ? I’m 5ft 3 and although not massive thighs all the hold ups I buy make bulges over the top & stockings are too long and come right up to top of my thigh? I’m not sure on sizes ? Tia

I actually get alot of my stuff off a website shein as its quite cheap and doesn't matter so much if anything gets ruined I gave up with the holdups but they do some where they are all in one and a lot easier to get on with |

I used to buy size small hold ups from Primark. I'm 5ft half a very important inch  they were great but I haven't seen them lately. The same with their stockings |

I always size up - even when I was marathon fit a small didn’t feel right for me. Nowadays I’d buy a med/large. And I give the tops a good stretch before putting on.
Pretty polly are my faves for everyday wear (although it’s a while since I’ve worked in an office every day!). They’ve a lovely sheen. |

I like my stockings very high on my thigh but the problem with that is the suspender strap is always too long so suspender tights are a great solution for that. |
