Parts of me seize up if I'm in certain positions too long and currently I have one leg not quite working properly along with a bad back. The rest of me works though

Gone just a bit beyond fuck fit now!! 6 months working at amazon warehouse initially almost mullered me (and I wasn't exactly unfit - 25 minute 5km time) but now I probably put in about 20kms worth of steps and a shed load of torsional body movements for 10 hours a night and go home looking for more "exercise".

Its actually a bit frustrating because I get to a couple of hours in and everyone else is worn out and I am just getting started. Fortunately recently I've met ma bad bitch straight off of my night shift so I am already a bit tired out before I start.
