Looking for some advice on bagging a new career which is hybrid / remote. I have a degree, decent career experience (retail management) and have recently paid someone to update my CV. It’s fairly good and I’ve uploaded them to various job sites but find I’m not having many calls? Just a few vague emails, A few years ago, I had a very basic cv and had lots of calls from recruiters. What am I doing wrong? Any advice?

Best way is to look yourself. Agencies don't usually do the leg work for some reason.

Indeed is canny , but try to avoid entering your phone number as you'll end up getting junk calls.

You apply for the job, the agency will most likely email you back if interested.

They can get your phone number of your CV.

Bit of a nuisance with junk calls but they'll most likely leave a voicemail if it's the agency

Probably your cv may look too well written and not very individual? I’m no expert, but when reading through them, template types stand out a mile.
