surely the best way to lose weight is to have lots of sex maybe the original poster is in a chicken and egg situation - the less meets they get the more they are tempted by the bumper cadbury dairy milk sarnie and the less exercise they get - whereas the more meets they had the quicker they would lose weight and they may even take up a post coital fag instead?
