Vengeance which was on Sky tonight is the repeat of the last series.
First was 'Blood and Sand', followed by the prequel 'Gods of the Arena' (only 6 episodes) and then 'Vengeance'.
The next series,which will be the last is called 'War of the Damned' I think and it starts in US at the end of Jan, but doesn't start here until April according to the Sky website.... |

I'm not sure how far on you are in the series yet  but although it takes a wee while to get into it's stride, I'm sure you won't be disappointed... if you can just get passed them running around the woods lol! It really is fab as it goes on |

I loved "Blood & Sand" and "Gods Of The Arena" but admittedly, I lost interest after Andy Whitfield died.
I know he's trying, bless him, but I just don't think Liam McIntyre has the same sparkle playing Spartacus as Andy Whitfield did. Plus I feel that the "Vengeance" series is a little forced.

Yeah, def doesn't have the same aura, leaving old crixsous to be the main character now, also missing old battyartus too, he was f'ing ace but thankfully lucrica has stayed, most prob cos she has great tits lol

The one that started last night is last serious the new one will start after this one I gonna watch this again as its pretty good specially the last one good twist in it
As for the guy who is playing Spartacus is taking over from the original guy who was recovering from having cancer |

I was heartbroken when Andy lost his battle with cancer, I was still reeling from losing Heath Ledger, lol.
And yes, I think Lucretia and Crixus are the only reason I would still watch it. ^^ - Lucy Lawless has definitely aged well!

I watched it last night.
I think Andy Whitfield was a much better actor and enjoyed it more when it was centered around the arena with John Hannah etc.
Obviously the story has to move on to the inevitable but the end of the last series and the first episode of this one just isn't as good |
