Apart from the fact she was infamous for that clip... Theres a story here where in 2004 she lost custody of her son as a result of that movie. The link here is worth a read.

If this were repeated today, almost 20 years later, do we think the response would be the same or have things changed? |

I read her autobiography, 'beauty of living twice', and would recommend it.
I didn't know much about her background, or that she had a stroke, her challenges to be a parent or the extent of her charity involvement.
She is an interesting character who seems to have the odd bat sh*t crazy moments |

Did the book mention the shooting of the two Allan Quartermain films?
During the shoot, she rubbed her high intellect in people's faces and generally condescended everyone to the point of annoyance. Richard Chamberlain said that they all new she was very intelligent "...because she told us. Again. Again. And again".
The breaking point came with a scene which saw Stone put in a giant, stereotypical native cooking pot. During the filming, Stone noticed a funny smell coming from the water she was sitting in - it transpired that the whole crew (and some of the other cast) had taken it in turns to urinate in the pot before Stone arrived on set to get in it, all in revenge for her being so patronising to everyone. |

I read the article.
It is only Stone herself that says she lost custody because of that film.
She is also quoted as saying that the judge said 'you know your mother makes porn films don't you?' to her FOUR year old. I find that difficult to believe.
The pee in the pot is obviously either false or exaggerated.
She seems.... troubled somewhat. |
