I don’t know , I don’t go to the gym but if i did I’d be treating myself to a McDonald’s as well , that’s why they’re my hero’s  |

Personally I think you have the right idea in not going. Sadly for me I put on 2 pounds just looking at a lemon drizzle cake. So unless I want to be craned out of the house one day. Needs must  |
