"Couples with only a cock pic of the man or zero.
Shouty demanding profiles.
Will fill in later, been on over a year.
Only cock or close up vag pics.
Mrs"
Yup!! Utterly indiscernible pics other than the gynae ones in addition
To be fair it does serve as a good filter and not that we can judge at the moment |

"The sizest comments from people either on the forums or on their profiles
I’m not sure what sizest means? Is it in reference to cock size?
As is like body sizes "
Do you have any examples of what you perceive to be “sizest”? I’ve never heard of that term before and can’t say I’ve seen anything like that. |

It is someone who discriminates on the basis of a person's size, esp against people considered to be overweight
Not sure ive really ever seen it here though |

I mean we don’t like fat people, we also don’t like overly skinny people. I wouldn’t say that’s “sizest” though and like you I haven’t seen anyone discriminate people due to their size. |

We all have preferences of who we like and thats a good thing. As long as people dont go out and deliberately offend people because of X reason then theres no issue in my view personally. |

The Facebook one maybe as it's so daft, but I don't get the hate for the 'Sydney uni' line. People have a right to a disclaimer of some sort, and it's not actually as dumb as it sounds.
Probably the thing in profiles that I dislike the most is when people grumble about other people's!
And grumbling about other people too - I find a list of 'timewasters' really off-putting, whatever they may have done (or not done). pt |

"When they put others down to showcase their own 'preferences'.
Can’t say I’ve seen this yet either. People really do that? "
Have to say, we've noticed it a few times. Particularly around race and penis size...
Like, we appreciate everyone has a preference and not everyone finds everyone attractive. That's totally understandable, heck, we've been turned down a good few times ourselves, but no-one has ever been rude or resorted to put downs. Just not necessary really.. |

--Apparently someone (or some group) down there did a study on the site once and referenced some profiles. People are clearly just bouncing off that for their own disclaimer though. And they're entitled to do that imo, and however they want to (though the Facebook ones don't make sense I admit - it doesn't own Fab at all). I don't get why some people dislike these so much, to the point they'll even say in their own profiles. Fabs terms (which I thought when I looked were good ones) could and probably have changed too, so no worries if someone wants to add or append their own. People who say it's legal "nonsense" are wrong.
I was graphic designer years ago (will be again soon), and when I had to pinch things off the net sometimes (photos of things you can't get in time that you can crop usually), you always looked for things where ownership isn't mentioned at all (despite pre-existing copyright laws) - it just makes sense. --pt |

I haven’t either. Unless people mean ”no this” or “no that”‘ or “I prefer this or that” etc. some see stating preferences as putting others down. |

It's always good to add your own line if it matters to you. Natural law is ambiguous and says nothing about intent. It can be used to withdraw stuff, but that could be too late. pt |

Yea that’s all I can think of and if that is the case people need to toughen up imo. |

There is absolutely no ambiguity in the UK, and many other countries, regarding copyright
I've got absolutely no idea why you're referring to natural law, I suspect it isn't what you think it is |

Why don't you attempt to explain where I am wrong then, instead of being so rudely terse?
'Natural' just means the form of natural copyright that exists without being asked for (or indeed being displayed), and 'ambiguous' means that natural copyright doesn't explain (or indeed even know) people's actual intention regard their stuff.
All I am saying is that these disclaimers are simply about people explaining (or attempting to explain) their intentions. Sorry if they are a "pet hate" of yours too, but really what is wrong with that?

You cannot just assume what a person's intentions are with regard to copyright, seems like you've invented a law to allow you to grab anything you want |
