Its been a stressful day and I didn't manage to get lunch and was starving by the time I headed home. And those yellow arches just beckoned me in!"
That reminds me, I saw the perfect book for Ryan: Stick Dog. A tale of a dog and his friends in search of the perfect burger. |

Just done that. Salmon grilled with Thai Sweet Chilli sauce, home made mash potatoes and mixed salad with (home made) balsamic based dressing. Was nice!  |

beef pasta ragu topped with mozerella, made from scratch, even the sauce! Have the sliced open finger to prove aswell  its still in the oven waiting for the other half to get home from work before I dig in, just hope its worth all the pain n blood shed its caused haha I hav also made pulled pork in the slow cooker for tomorrows tea x |

I am doing weight watchers it works for me... just need to get a bit fitter too |

I only get a choice on high days and holidays. It was chunky lamb and veggie soup to start and fish and pasta as a supplement. |
