did i tell you our bin man just emptied the bin on the pavement couple of weeks back because somebody hadn't adhered to the recycling protocol the bins are on the street a busy street where many people walk past  |

I heard mine quite late this morning, around 10am.
They're usually bin and gone by 7am.
Unless it's recycling week and I've forgotten.
Also, I think my neighbours have done a moonlight flit, as I haven't seen or heard them in a few weeks, and their bin wasn't out by 11pm last night.
