Yes I have worked a 4 day week for the last 21 years. I love it. First was 4 on 4 off, 12hour shifts which could get tiring if I had to work overtime or vary the hours. The good side was only needing to take 4 days off to make a 12 day break.
Now I work 4 weekdays, 10 hour shifts, so every weekend is a long weekend.. |

Yes. I work 4 days a week.
Although, prior to Covid etc I was working 3 days a week. Which threw a real spanner in the works as Thursday was my sex meet day and Friday was my get the cleaning and washing done day.
Now I’m practically celibate but my house is sparkling. |

Actual work-maybe one or two nights a week.
Working at home-cleaning,cooking,washing,taking care of everyone’s needs and leaving mine on side- every god damn day. Non stop from moment I wake up until late at night.

Yes I worked two days two nights 4 off. Best shift pattern in my opinion. In fact you only work for 5 months of the year when you take in account your leave. The only issue is that you work lots of weekends or at least part of them. |
