As an aside, i had a local delinquent drive one directly at me last week and then lecture me for not getting out the way. Turns out his e-scooter's top speed and my walking speed were not dissimilar and a very low speed chase culminated in him picking it up and running off! |

I suppose that compared to the woman who got three years for knocking a cyclist into the path of a car that killed her at least he called the emergency services rather than going to Tesco. |
