Hi op. I think we all feel down occasionally. Generally I’m a very happy person - but at the moment my stomach and back hurt - and being in pain makes everyone feel down I think? Hopefully nothing an early night and a hot water bottle won’t cure. Xx |

I've been in hell since December. Only starting to feel well again. Put a pile of weight on that I gotta loose. But I'm six foot over the ground and I took life's uppercut on the chin x |

It's only going to rain or sleet at most unless yout plans are in concert, then you will need a few huskies and an artic base camp. |

For where I live heavy snow is forecast along with winds so it'll be bloody awful. |

I have good and bad days….. today is a good day as I found out a guy I used to see a few years back has met someone and is happy and smiling again and that made me feel warm and happy

Generally, I feel more down than up. I have things in both my work and personal life that just don't seem to be getting better. I've always suffered with a lack of self confidence & as I get older, I'm feeling like I'm fading into the crowd of generic invisible people. Next week, I go on holiday & should be looking forward to it. Instead, I'm feeling negative about my body & a lack of will to be sociable with the people I'm going with. I hope that changes. |

Yes for almost a couple of years until I eventually, after much persuasion, went to see a GP where after a set of blood tests, I was diagnosed with very low Vitamin B12. I've started a course of injections and I can already feel the cloud start8ing to lift - it's unbelievable because I thought I was suffering from depression but it was a serious lack of B12. |

I'm still feeling pissed off because life just isn't going to plan, at all Some people are going out of their way to be awkward, some people are just being damn bloody awful and circumstances are happening that are beyond my control that are ruining things for me.

I finish Uni in just under a couple months.
Not going to walk away with a great score at the end of it.
Have very little prospect of what's to come afterwards.
Have next to know idea of what to do with myself.
I'm financially unstable.
Rent is increasing.
Have an overall sense of dread looming over me
Feeling a bit fucked and not in the fun ways.
I'll manage though, things could be much worse than they are. Most people go through this at some point in their lives.
Just got to keep my head above the water...
