What's the one thing you really regret buying?

Have a lovely evening all.

Tonypandy.

Suede platform thigh boots with 8 inch heels.

Fell off them first time I wore them, fracturing my ankle and resulting in me losing my new work contract as I couldn't start on time.

Fucking expensive pair of boots.

I once bought a pair of Camper bowling shoes as my (female) friend had a pair and I thought they looked cool. They looked awful on me and probably saw the light of day no more than twice.

Could have been a bigger mistake, but they were expensive to the 20 yo me who bought them.

My flat, stupid leasehold now with 16k major works to pay each when the building is only 15 years old, plus I've not lived there 2 minutes. With that money I'm paying I could have bought a house and not be beholden to unscrupulous management companies

On a lighter note, buying passage for all my heels (over 100 pairs) to go to Kenya when I lived there to then never wear them bc of uneven ground. And then pay for their return. They did look pretty on my bookshelves though....

I always try to get away with doing stuff on the cheap, sometimes pay a bit more for better quality and it lasts longer.

She a mutt that looks like a silver German shepherd, but could definitely have some husky and sarplaninac in her as they're the only other dogs I've ever encountered that were even close to her absolute refusal to do anything she doesn't choose to do herself.

An inflatable vibrating butt plug.

One hand needed to stop it popping out, a second hand needed to use the pump.

I had no free hands to operate the speed control or have a wank!

I put it back in the box and it's never seen the light of day since!

Bought my daughter a new one it gives a range of about 220 miles but you will be lucky to get 120 miles in the cold with heater's, lights on etc. The car cost enough then having the electric point fitted was another big cost as it had to be taken from the front of the house, throughout the house, under the garden and into the garage. The house electric had to be upgraded to be able to run 7kw and with the price of electric going up it's probably cheaper to run a petrol car and 10 time's easier. The future my arse.

Hot tub

My wife wanted it so bad £1200

We had to crane it in £250

We had to deck half the garden to make a level base £600

Then she bought a gazebo cover that capstone £1800

Then adding a separate electricity feed £640

It’s been hardly used

It costs £100. Month just to maintain heat

It’s high maintenance

It’s virtually never used and arsehole family keep turning it up to too hot to sit in when they do
