Are you overwhelmed with things to do or are you calm and chilled when you first wake up ?

It's left me feeling tearful and upset.

Usually it's do I need a wee or can I have another half hour enjoying my warm bed?

First thought of the morning every morning is why did I not go to sleep at a reasonable time. Followed by I really don’t wanna go to work today.

I believe when we have that kind of dreams is because they express the deepest fears we have within ourselves. Don’t be so hard on yourself.

it depends if ive had a nightmare or not.

if i have, which is usually the case, it's normally fear or sadness.

if i haven't, then it depends entirely. usually my thought is about backing into spoons with my other half.. or if i can hear the babies are awake yet.. or coffee
