"Who agrees?"
Couldn't care less either way.
I suppose to many it's foreplay rather than sex.
To others it's a sex act so yes, it's sex.
And I guess to any guys cheating on partners then saying a blowjob isn't sex may ease their conscience or seem a valid excuse if caught.

"No I wouldn’t class it as having sex "
Really? If you were at a STI Clinic, they would disagree with you cos you can catch and pass on infections via Oral Sex. Yeah, Oral Sex, it's a proper classification. |

I always thought that oral sex was fine, and didn't constitute actual sex, therefore not a sin in the eyes of God.
That's what father McGinley told me when I was a choir boy. So I'm still going to heaven (but boy did I have a sore throat!). |

When you have ‘full sex’, we refer to penetration, so then we can all agree, we had sex.
When you talk about ‘oral sex’, you say “I gave her oral” or “I gave him a bj”, but you don’t say “we had sex”, therefore; oral sex is just a sex act |

Health wise anything sexual is sex, but in play terms, its a sexual act but not sex itself (penetration)... my 2p worth |

I completely agree! And my 2p worth; women only suck cocks to get them hard so they can ‘have sex’ |

That means more than half (of those surveyed and it could be ten people or a hundred or a thousand) think it is having sex. Has this moved humanity forward and was the survey commissioned by Bill Clinton? |
