From the land of haribos.

Here is another fitness tip that I have and that is to set realistic and attainable goals.

You should at least have an 80 percent chance of succeeding, in that goal there is no point in saying I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 days, because chances its not going to happen

When you font achieve your goal then what you are going to be discouraged and disappointed, meanwhile you perhaps lost, 10 pounds in that month you never lost 30, 10 and say, why bother. I am going to give up if, if your goal had bin, hey. I am going to lose 5 or 10 pounds this month, then once you achieve that goal which of course you can the next month.

You can then set another goal and so on, rather than setting really hard unattainable goals, set small realistic goals that you can achieve and once you get there, try setting a new goal and so on.

What goals do you have? Mine is more or less the same and that is to stay shredded year round, that in itself is a challenge

Good morning Shag

My goal first is for someone to give me a shake and tell me to get off my lardy arse and get on with it...

Need to find some motivation

That is good too, you could do targeted chest exercises, like pushups, bench presses, and flys will help tone your chest muscles and reduce fat in that area, additionally, engaging in cardio activities such as running or swimming can burn calories and reduce them over time

You can't target fat loss unfortunately. Working the chest muscles will help with toning and building muscle in that area but it's a myth that certain exercises will target fat in that area.
