"It didn't look like it was going that way on 40 minutes.
No it looked like a couple of goals kinda game"
Was a fairly even first half, perhaps Man Utd even just edging it.
While Man Utd were very poor 2nd half and petulant with it, Liverpool must be congratulated for how they played. Was breathtaking.

Liverpool definitely deserved the win, could have done with a few more goals though I think |

What the flying hell was THAT collapse from United?!
If Ten Hag made all the United players go back for training the very next day after the 4-0 defeat to Brentford at the start of this season, I shudder to think what he's going to make the team do tomorrow. |

I could mention the handball that wasn't given against City to Everton that would have had City on less points if had been scored and Liverpool would have won the league and the fact Liverpool far outplayed Madrid in the final but I won't mention either of those things |

I'm still shocked from this result....Liverpool fan here! This game had been on my mind over the last few days due to the history of the fixture and our current form. Was expecting a draw tbh but this thrashing against united has really made my weekend! Should have been 10 tbh .

The surprise for me wasn’t that United lost 7-0 more so that Liverpool lost(or didn’t win) all the games they did! As a United fan I knew we wouldn’t be title contenders but also knew we had a hammering in us, the improvements are there to see! But our target should still be top four |

It seems a good time of year for us to play them as I remember other thrashings around the time of my birthday in past years |

Yeah Liverpool have looked leggy in quite a few games and with no hunger but seems it is improving now. Also with all the new team players it takes time to gel |

Exactly! I get to laugh at all the comments without any of the sting. Granted some of the stuff said I don't fully understand since it's fan/team focused but still, the reactions still tell all.

I'd rather not. What I did check though was cup finals since 2013 including CL, Europa League, League Cup and FA Cup. Liverpool have been in 7 and United have been in 6. Kinda says a lot when this is meant to be Liverpool's golden period |

11 finals is what Liverpool have been in, yes they count because you have to win a lot of games to be in them and it's a cup game.

Wow ok, I think of it more as embarrassing but I get why you'd want to take whatever you can get as it must be devastating thinking you have the best current team in the history of football and bottling a quadruple so you're more than welcome to your tinpot trophies |

I already had 2 because Joe getting all heated really turned me on"
Careful. You'll be needing a sit down wee after ² cups of tea |

Everyone loves a late night sit down wee, unless it's straight after a wank |

"The absolute best thing about not liking football is seeing the back and forth emotions of fans after a game like this
Looking forward to work tomorrow when the building will be full of the back and forth shit talking.
Im not even being sarcastic, it's a glorious day when it happens.
As a neutral, it's beautiful to watch but when it involves your team it's fucking infuriating "
When it’s your team it’s not infuriating…. You just know you are going to get it early and often… and you know there is no point in fighting back! If you are going to give it you may as well just take it and smile….. and then cry in the car afterwards!!!
Or you just listen to one of your teams own podcasts….. mark goldbridge was epic, you saw his soul leaving his body when that seventh went in! |

I doesn't matter really at the end of the day, life is no different win, lose or draw for us as fans. It's just really nice when you spank your biggest rivals |

That wasn't the squeezing one out that I thought you were talking about, you meant knocking one out |
