"Used to be obsessed by tea.
Can't drink the milk now so I only have a cup now and then. "
Tea without milk is a thing.
But I hear you ... no comparison to a proper cup of strong tea with milk |

"Discuss...i don't drink tea
Then you, sir, are a wrongun that maybe but coffee for me "
A good cup of tea will quench a thirst. Coffee merely exacerbates it.

"Milk and sugar first
Unless you are using a tea bag! Fat molecules in the milk interferes with the tea bag's infusion "
Also lowers the temperature so the water doesn't scald the leaves properly.

"A Dårjeeling. Suitably infused and yet still delicate and mild*. Served with a spritz of milk.
·
*Like my paramours."
Now there's a thought ... do we choose our playmates based on our preferred beverage?
I like mine strong, hot, but with an edge of sweetness
I am also partial to Grand Marnier... you know, a fancy liquor |

"Got some new Yorkshire tea bags yesterday they are tea and biscuits and jam on toast flavour surprisingly lush."
I have literally just finished a cup. You are correct ... lush.
Odd, but lush (again, like my preferred dates) |

I can't drink tea without milk.
I've tried all kinds but they made me gag. |

I did forget to mention the "one lump of sugar". I've been called many things: a fancy licker is a new one. |

3 sugars , water before the milk always (if you’re doing it the other way around there’s something wrong with you) , the smallest splash of milk and you have to let the tea bag marinade in there for a few minutes before you take it out |

XX" Similar with coffee you should wait 20 seconds or more after the water has boiled before pouring on the coffee granules as the water would scald the granules I`ve tried both ways and there Is a slight difference In flavour.. but you can't beat a cup of tea to refresh you I like twinings tea and PG tips. |
