At socials...

If we're meeting for coffee, drink coffee and chat.
If we're meeting in a bar, have a drink or two and chat.
If we're meeting at a club, same as above but with more nudity.
Sometimes, a social leads to something more pretty much immediately, but most times I'm happy with the above and some time to go away and digest how I actually felt about it before moving forward. |

I don’t bother with socials now, I just send a transcript of what would have been our small talk topics, laugh at the joke I’d also written in there, and then let them they know they missed an awesome snog. |

Really depends on the type of social and venue. I organise regular socials in a coffee shop and a pub quiz and neither are appropriate places for snogging. If I was going to a social in a private function area then yes I’d be happy to have a snog.
People have to be mindful of the organisers and respect their surroundings. People have been barred for inappropriate behaviour. |
