I think you’ll find that they can change your contract, but what most companies do is make the job redundant and you have to apply for it I won’t be able to change your pay or benefits. Hope this is helpful you |

You might want to also look into the CAB at the same time. I don't know of any reason why you can't seek advice from the two organisations at the same time and it may be that one takes longer to come back to you than the other due to resourcing.

I run a business with around 300 people, so have a lot of employment experience
Best place to start is gov.co.uk which is actually really good site. Companies can change contracts but it is a negotiation.
