I've taken a few videos of encounters over the past, and I would not dare upload or share them anywhere -- it doesn't matter how things unfold, and it wouldn't matter if she was a total bitch to me; I just would not do it -- well unless she wanted me to of course, and even then I'd be hesitant!
However, these weren't even consensual to begin with, it was CCTV footage, and as such she couldn't even be blamed for trusting the wrong man.

Years ago I can remember some lads with sex videos of ex girlfrends. I wouldn't call it revenge, but they thought it was a big deal that they had made sex videos.
One of the girls families got to know about a video before she knew it was being sent around. I know of atleast two videos which are still online today.
I remember thinking there should be some sort of law against doing this. |

hopefully will send a message to anyone who use's other peoples pics n videos without consent that this is what will happen the revenge laws is not just about revenge porn there is so much more to it than that if the pics and vids are not yours then leave them alone unless you have permission and preferably in writing of some sorts ..
next time someone videos you and you only find out later then you now know what to do or even if you gave them permission for them to have it for them only but they decide to show others this is a really good new set of laws to protect people |

Dunno what the laws are in England but consent from both parties must be given to share to the "public domain" in Scotland. That goes for messages or social media forums.Fab is still considered public so anyone uploading pictures or videos of anyone other than themselves is breaking the law and subject to prosecution. Unfortunately Fab don't seem to worry about that. |

I for one am glad to see that guy getting jail time. And I think more people who do this type of thing should get tougher sentences.
Even on here people and it's not just men who share pics and vids of others who are unaware that they have. Or even worse when they do become aware and report it nothing really is done about it. I've a friend who had to leave the site because a guy she had met put photos up including one showing her face on his profile he even set up a couple's profile using the pics. While eventually and months later he was made remove some of the pics he still puts them up again and still has the fake couples profile with a pic of her as the profile pic. He's been reporting numerous times by several people and she reported it to everyone on here that she possibly could report to and he's still here. In the end she left the site disgusted that it was allowed to happen with virtually no repercussions on him. |

I got a bollocking off my mates solicitor once for saying "who cares, he was probably asking for it anyway" when giving evidence.

Yes, genuine remorse goes a long way in reducing a prison sentence, both after the crime and during the trial.
How he acted will have wound the judge up, no remorse, no respect, treating it like a publicity show, all of that will bump up your tariff, humility and remorse will bring it down |

I've just seen the video of him saying how he wants to get his side of the story across prior to the sentencing and its like he doesn't understand that he has been convicted let alone that he's looking at goung to prison! |

He has his image and he’s playing up to it. What was annoying when watching the footage prior to sentencing is all of these reporters asking questions. He avoids answering any difficult ones, especially from the female reporters, he’s playing the media, selfies and making statements knowing he’s getting the publicity he craves.
If he was ignored by the reporters, he’d have lost what he needs, visibility, which will feed a future career. It’ll most likely be a short one, the guy doesn’t appear to have any talent, but it will be lucrative. |

He's always been somewhat 'odd'. Watched him on cbb a few years back, he'd have multiple meltdowns, seemed to be a bit of a woman-hater and offered out fights to men much smaller than him. What an absolute catch for the one that's vowed to stand by him |
