Hi all..have noticed some great black and white photos on the site, also some in black and white but with a colour hi-lite. i.e face in black and white but with red lipstick.
Does anyone know of a photo editing programme that does this?

Photoscape
Two free ones that have some very good effects and tools.
Google them and then use youtube to find out some hints and tips on how to use them. |
