After he retired from boxing I worked with Billy Hardy for a long time. He was British champion at bantamweight and featherweight, as well as holding the European and Commonwealth featherweight titles.
He fought Naseem Hamed for the World title too, but got knocked out in under 2 minutes. |

A job in my previous life brought me in contact with all manner of folk. Sports teams, comedians, celebrities from music, tv, movies, proper rock stars.
The most epically and genuinely 'rockstar' was James Brown. Unmatched.
Tom Jones a close second for ego/star-factor but he gave me the creeps.
Chelsea FC were ignorant and arrogant fkrs.
U2 were too cool to chill.
Lots more over the years I worked there

Having worked in the music industry since I was 18 I've met a lot of "celebs" but that's was just work.
An actual sat down conversation? I once was sat at a bar in a London hotel chatting to actor James Coburn for about 2 hours. Funniest thing? It was only after he left to meet his friends that the bar tender divulged who my new drinking buddy actually was! I had NO idea until then. He was just a nice, random American bloke happy to chat to me until then. |

I was at work minding my own business when my mobile rang. A voice berated me at length. It turned out that unknownst to me some friends staying at my place had left A. Lloyd Webber a message giving my number. He was upset and quite unpleasant. I listened and answered his questions, taking it on the chin but the person who spoke to me sounded like a real prat.

I wouldn’t be too Jealous
- Louisa was 15 and I was 17 at the time high school sweethearts - for a very short time (about 2 weeks) I ended up with one of her mates a while after and we ended up married - not the current Mrs Reboot lol
- Michaela danced with me and we were filmed on TV for a show she used to do with Pete Warerman called “The Hitman and Her” where they went around nightclubs - on this occasion it was Fox’s nightclub in Wolverhampton and I was out with my mates for my 18th birthday |

Also met Nik Kershaw at a local radio station about 24 years ago. I was visiting a mate who was a presenter and he had come in as a guest. My presenter mate was a bit clueless and asked me if I could think of any questions to ask him, so I asked what the Riddle was all about.

Most famous would probably be Cliff Richard. In a shoe shop in Perth Western Australia he was absolutely vile. Horrible to the staff , I had I be restrained by my friends from belting him. Utter prick.
Met lots of comedians, tv people, sports stars music stars etc had the conversation with people I didn’t know who it was at the time, one of the nicest was Garry Mabbut of Tottenham. Had time for all the kids that were queuing for autographs back in the 90s. Oh another prick was David Platt when he was at Villa. Tosser. |

"Angelina Jolie, I gave her a buggy as she got off the plane at Gatwick
Is that a euphemism for something?! "
No, she got off the plane with a baby, I brought up a couple of baby buggies from the ramp to the jetty and one was hers. |

All of the, surviving, senior royals, although they would have no idea who I am.
A couple of PMs, although famous is a subjective thing.
A smattering of celebs like Kathryn Jenkins, Liz Hurley, the late Christopher Reeve…
All through work.. |

During the recession around 2011 2012 I did a lot of TV/Film extra work. Ireland offered a lot of tax breaks to production companies so I worked on George Gently, Foyles War, some foreign TV stuff. Albert Nobbs. Shook hands one day with Glenn Close. |

God.
He's often right behind me.
I assume so anyway as I keep hearing 'Oh god it's you again' when I walk into certain places.....

I had a long-term thing with a famous footballer in my late 20s. Met him at a friend’s party in Ibiza. Didn’t have a clue who he was when I met him. Was fun while it lasted. Seeing him on television now makes me smile…The world still doesn’t have a clue. |

Met Neil Morrissey and Michael Elphick when they filmed two different episodes of Boon locally. Neil Morrissey was a really nice guy. Spent lots of time when not filming talking to everyone who was there watching.

The Chuckle Brothers and worked with a couple of times with Paul Chuckle after that also..."
I met the Chuckles too. Lovely blokes. Barry was very quiet. Paul the life and soul.
Mine is probably Spike Milligan or Joan Collins. |

Though my "minicab driver years" I met posh, baby and scary spice, Martine McCutcheon, Steve McFadden and a host of sports stars at the time, nicest one and biggest tipper was Brian Lara the West Indies cricketer. When I was 15, I interviewed the West Ham manager and gave all the 1st team a questionnaire on football violence. Met Woody Harelson on a random trip to the west end and had a drink with him and when I worked as a film extra, met and had lunch with Barbera Windsor, also gave Daniel Radcliff a roll up while waiting for a set change before filming a scene.
But for me, meeting Charlton Heston and getting his autograph when I was 12 would be the most famous of all |

Richard Dawkins definitely my favourite, was lovely to chat with.
I apparently meet lots of footballers cricketers etc but I don't follow so don't care, probably why I get staffed for those events as I don't fanboi
Did meet whoever played the mountain in game of thrones. Also met most of the medal winners from.team England in the commonwealth games last year, but again didn't really care lol |
