As the saying goes, it will always come back to bite you on the ass and it just has.

They live abroad so why do they need it?

The lad wants a family and got a corporation. I feel sorry for them all. It's a sad tale that started before those boys were ever born.

They don't know how to be a family.

And how much will be spent decorating it to Andrew’s tastes?

On a different note. I love the name “Frogmore Cottage”.

Best summary I have heard in a long time - I quite agree.

Well bars on the windows and high security doors should keep him locked in.....

Lifes departure lounge NN9 Northamptonshire East not West MidlandsMidlands

Apparantly Andrew does not want Frogmore Cottage, It only has 10 bedrooms and he claims it is too small, His present pad has 39 bedrooms,

Flitting between bedrooms shouldn't be an issue for someone who doesn't sweat..

Maybe..

Charlie Boy is apparently cutting his allowance so he's being forced to take the smaller place. Hard life innit this luxury lark.

I thought they’d given it up anyway? If they now live in America they don’t need a London crash pad when they can stay in the most exclusive house in the world with pops.

It was a gift to them from the Queen so not sure if Charlie has the right to take it from them.

As far as I know all properties belong to the state. It is the choice of the reigning monarch who lives in the properties dictated by royal protocol

Poor souls, my heart breaks for them

On other news - hard working families eating from food banks, veterans sleeping in shop doorways, pensioners sat freezing to death in their homes

Stop the world I wanna get off

I think KC3 is going to lose the small remaining support (compared to QE2) that he had in sympathy/support from her passing.

Changing Queen Consort to Queen and now this, evicting his son, it's like a JeremyKyle episode.

It's the start of the long slow end imho.

KC3 will just chip away to suit his likes and public support will dwindle as he has no 'IT factor' and the Wales pair aren't as nice as they'd like all to believe so that'll probably dwindle soon after.

None of them come out of this looking well.

There's only so much that manipulating the press releases and headlines can do.

East Sussex

A hugely wealthy and privileged family fall out with each other. Grandma gives someone a holiday home, when she dies everyone stops pretending to like each other. The 'black sheep' get the holiday home taken away so the other 'black sheep' can live in it because he didn't do anything really awful like marrying an American, I mean we all know how that turned out for great granpa.

Surprisingly all the properties belong to the crown and Charles inherited them when the queen died. One source estimates that the crown estates are worth £30billion. Charles didn’t even have to pay inheritance tax.

I’m sure the “eviction” is just click bate.

I agree but I think there's enough power in the royal propaganda machine to put a positive spin on Charles and all the heirs to the throne

Not sure l like the royals ,l get it though ,national identity etc, l was in a newish shopping centre in Castries St Lucia and a plaque was proudly displayed stating Andy had opened it few years earlier. What a jollie that must have been as an economic ambassador, not exactly helping pensioner Doris getting a new hip.

This……

if it was given to them as a wedding present from the queen, it does seem really petty to take it back

Didn't they move to the US, admittedly they are so discreet I may be mistaken, in which case why do they need a house in the UK.
