Gateway to the Beacons

Today mine will be kedgeree but with smoked cod loin not haddock, the curry spice mix for the rice will be my own mix, and I got a couple of duck eggs I’ll use.

What you putting in your cake hole today?

Going for kedgeree as soft to eat and I’m off to the dentist shortly

Transsexual Transylvania

I was thinking of making vegetarian chicken with bean sprouts, peppers and noodles in a satay sauce as my main.

Of course I'll start off with biscuits and cheese, and dessert will probably be tiramisu.

Earl Grey tea to cleanse the palate afterwards.

Tonypandy.

Have tonnes of parsnips that need using up, so will knock up a vat of curried parsnip soup, and freeze the rest.

Saved you a bit on your energy bill not toasting it... I think you deserve seconds as your dessert
