Advetise with clear requirements, essential and desirable criteria, shortlist, first interview, written tasks and presentation, request references, progress to second interview, appoint the one who most closely demontrated ability to carry on the role. It may sound strange but other than us both being attracted to the couple we then then look to see if their personalitys match each others and ours. Friendly, confident, fun and outgoing. We don't play with introverts or couples with one extrovert and one introvert. |

If you mean my fab selection process then they have to be women I get on with first and foremost which is why I chat for a while before meeting for a social.
If we can't laugh together we won't be getting naked together. |
