"Mr N and I were colleagues. Nearly 43 years later he's still trying to shake me off"
Aww happy for you's! How did it happen? Did any of your work colleagues find out (at the time)? I feel like they always do |

Yes I have, my ex-husband was a colleague and I've had other sexual partners whom I met at work.
Wouldn't do again, I like work and home kept separate, the fact that I don't currently work with any attractive men helps! |

We met at work, dated for a bit, moved in together and the rest is history. People knew eventually as we turned up in the same car every day |

"Did it once for a couple years. Would not do it again."
Oh gosh. May i ask why u wouldn't?
I personally feel soo much can go wrong sleeping with a work colleague, especially if it goes sour. I would only do it if i felt the reward outweighed the risk i.e it would lead to something long-term |

When it's quiet and good it's great.
When it's good but gossip it's hassle.
When it end it's just all the wrong kind of chaos. |

Never again!! I have been in a proper relationship with someone from work, and had a number of liaisons, and it made work an unpleasant atmosphere when one party got the arse.
I know for some it works out and that’s fantastic, but I won’t mix the two again. |

Ah, the Ford Model T. How lovely and quaint it would now look entering the The Savoy Hotel driveway, counter-clockwise. |

"No never! Have been found on here from work people and asked to meet! Declined x"
I've found a work colleague on here that wanted a hookup too!
I personally think it's not worth the drama and change in work atmosphere if it's only a hookup but to each their own |

I lost my v plates to a work colleague.
Then a couple of years later I started sleeping with another colleague, and we were together for almost 10 years. |

"I slept with my boss and ended up living with him for 25years."
Aww this was worth the risk since it led to something long-term
Sleeping with a senior in work would terrify me though - mostly due to the power dynamic |

I have. A few lol. I've worked at my company for a long time and it was before I met my hubby. More recently I told a good friend at work about us swinging and I ended up sleeping with him after another colleagues funeral We have played a couple of times but he knows it's no strings and he's happy with that lol x |

I say no. But then if i worked with someone who was a handsome and sexy bastard and he was giving me the eye, I could be tempted.
I’d have to stay away from the rum on a works night out, otherwise he would get it for sure.
So to summarise : no, don’t do it! |

Not something I'd ever consider or do.
I've seen the enormous fallout when others have done it and there has always been collateral damage with third and fourth parties getting dragged into their drama. |

Did your colleagues ever find out? I feel like (dependent on your work environment) there's always gossip on who's got with who at the workplace |

Hard no from us.
I've worked a few places where everyone was sleeping with each other and it gets real messy. For instance I know someone who had to make a person they were having an affair with redundant. |

I had a fuck buddy in work. He thought it was appropriate to show other colleagues, without my permission, some videos we had made when they didn't believe him when he told them we were seeing each other.
Amazingly, I was the one that nearly lost my job over it.
So in short, a nope from me. |

When I was a young 20 something then yes. The one more recently nope! We are very careful and everyone laughs saying it's like he's my work husband but we are just really good friends and have good office banter x |

It's an Absolutely no from me , could you imagine meeting or seeing that person everyday if it didn't turn out the way either had thought it would ? I think , and it's only my opinion , that such a scenario is best left untouched as a person certainly doesn't know how things end up , as they saying goes there's plenty of fish in the sea that a guy or girl can meet without placing themselves or others in a very awkward situation, there's jealousy..and from others too .. rejection..that might have to be dealt with so for me it's best if scenario's like that are avoided as believe it or not you do spend a lot of your time at work to be avoiding or being avoided and that alone isn't worth it , as the old saying goes the ride isn't worth the fall. |

"Is it something u would? Have done? or off limits?
I personally wouldn't but I have worked with some1 i slept with *before* i knew they worked in the same place as me "
I've done it and regretted it. Not necessarily because we work together, mostly because it was terrible sex haha |

"Off limits. The drama I have seen caused by this is horrible."
Same!! Also it can just make the work environment so awkward if enough of your colleagues find out. Not to mention the risks to your worklife if u sleep with a senior ):
On the flip side it can be worth the risk if it leads to something long-term |

Three times. One was a fun one-off, one was a couple of months of excellent (if boozy) shagging that eventually imploded due to mismatched expectatons and poor communication, and one turned into a fairly tumultuous long-term relationship. Would I do it again? Probably, given the opportunity |
