Watching any Darts match without the late great Sid Waddell’s commentary just seems so wrong!……

I loved his one liners,,,,

maybe you shouldn't say either.

Why don't you enter next year? Sounds like you're bound to win it

A lot of players have moved over now to the more profitable and rewarding PDC but there are still the odd few I like to watch on the BDO; Fitton, Waites, Bunting, O'Shea, Walton and of course Anastasia

Met him, met a lot of the top guys,,Tony Green i saw daily where i used to live.

All i will say is, stick with it,, even non-dart fans find themselves picking a random guy that they want to beat the other guy, such is darts, ok they aint athletes but its a skill, that accuracy etc.

Watched the 1980 World Champs Final between Bristoe and George last night on Bellies & Bulls Eyes.

It was brilliant, George was a good looking guy but Bristoe had a look of Rod Hulls Emu about him.......still has I suppose.

Thought he had messed up a few times, but did well to win his match. Hopefully that will settle his nerves
