No.
People only vanish from lists (block, friends, hotlist, shopping list, Schindler's list) if they delete their profile.

Not sure they can block you. They would need to be able to see your profile, and they wouldn't be able to.

It’s possible to block someone who has already blocked you, you can also still report, make a note etc, you just see their profile |

They probably deleted their profile and recreate a new one you aren’t aware of to perv on you secretly
