Time for myself. Once a week/2 weeks. So I choose very wisely who to ask. Because it’s a 50/50!they’ll agree to meet up and then a 10% that they’ll show up. That’s the maths so far.

Once a month, maybe every two months with enough advance notice. Last minute childcare is difficult and then there's vanilla nights out that also need childcare.
